We provide an environment where concerns of misconduct are brought to our attention. Alchemical Power does not condone prohibiting or restricting reports of theft , fraud, waste or misuse of materials, persons or property by Alchemical Power employees
or contractors.Further, Alchemical Power will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, raises a concern, reports suspected misconduct, or provides information relevant to an investigation of suspected misconduct. The Company will investigate possible instances of retaliation and will take disciplinary action against employees who retaliate against those who report possible

Conditions for submission of complaints to the Complaints Office
Complaints submitted will be handled in accordance with Alchemical's Regulations and Alchemical’s Privacy Policy. By submitting the email , you agree that the complaints process will operate to the maximum extent possible in an open and transparent manner and in accordance with procedures designed to ensure fairness. Except asset out above, the information submitted will be made
publicly available on the Alchemical Power website.By submitting your personal information, you agree that your personal information will be processed in accordance with Alchemical Power Privacy Policy and you agree to abide by the terms of use of the website.
Anyone who wishes to submit a complaint about Alchemical Power can do so by writing email to: compliant@alchemicalpower.com
When submitting a complaint, be sure to include all relevant information. Once your complaint has been received, it will be checked whether it falls within the scope of the office and you will be informed by email about the next steps. Out of scope complaints will be forwarded to Alchemical Power's Global Support Center team for action. The Global Support Center team has the expertise to navigate the entire Alchemical Power organization and can provide the information and/or assistance the submitter is seeking.

Improper business practices and unethical behavior by employees, contractors or third parties will not be tolerated.
All employees have a responsibility to act ethically and should report any suspected misconduct or concerns in the way they are most comfortable. This is essential to protect our people, our core values and our company.
Any questionsor concerns regarding ethical situations, possible employee misconduct, violations of the Alchemical Power Code of Conductor Alchemical Power policies and procedures should be discussed with your local line manager or reported to the ethics@alchemicalpower.com .
Such situations include (but are not limited to)
-Accounting or auditing issues
-Efforts to cover up violations of company procedures, standards or policies
-Embezzlement
-Retaliation,harassment or discrimination
-Safety, healthor environmental issues
-Theft or fraud
-Travel expense reporting violations
-Excessive personal use on company time
-Perceived violation of applicable laws or regulations
-Misrepresentationin official company records
-Misuse of company assets
-Bribery/blackmail/impropertips
-Conflicts of interest
-Disclosureof confidential information
The email ethics@alchemicalpower.com can be access from anywhere in the world or through a toll-free number .The Ethics Help line can be contacted anonymously and all calls are confidential.
If you choose to report a concern using the toll-free helpline number (1800) 528008801692 , a trained specialist by an outside company will listes to your concerns and prepare the report. If you wish to not talk with someone please write an email to ethics@alchemicalpower.com .
The report will be forwarded to the relevant Alchemical Power company for investigation.
